Frequently asked questions
Rental is available for persons aged 18 and over. Bring a valid passport or national ID for pickup. Identification details for the contract, such as PESEL or another identifier, are handled in person before signing.
A 1-day plan and longer rental periods are available.
Rentals over 12 months are arranged individually.
• A modern city e-bike, inspected and approved by our specialists;

• An additional battery is available for PLN 80 per week.
The deposit is PLN 100 for the 1-day plan and PLN 200 for the 7- and 30-day plans. It is refunded once our specialist has verified the condition of the bike and included accessories.
Yes — our e-bikes are a great fit for courier work (Glovo, Wolt, Uber Eats, Bolt Food). Up to 120 km of range on a single charge covers a full shift, and the charger is included. Flexible rental from 1 day to a month or longer — ideal for seasonal or full-time delivery work.
