Frequently asked questions
Rental is available for persons aged 18 and over. A valid passport or national ID and a PESEL number are required when picking up the bike.
The minimum rental period is 7 days.
There is no maximum rental period.
Long-term rentals (over 12 months) are arranged individually.

• An additional battery is available for PLN 80 per week.
Your PLN 200 security deposit will be refunded once our specialist has verified the condition of the bike and included accessories.
Yes — our e-bikes are a great fit for courier work (Glovo, Wolt, Uber Eats, Bolt Food). Up to 120 km of range on a single charge covers a full shift, and the charger is included. Flexible rental from 7 days to a month or longer — ideal for seasonal or full-time delivery work.
