After we check the bike. We give you the scope of work and the price, and we start the repair only after you approve it.

Before any extra work, we will call you and ask for your approval. You can also agree a cost limit with us in advance.

When you collect the bike: in cash, by BLIK or by bank transfer. You pay for the agreed work and parts.

When we accept your bike, we register the repair and send you a text message with a link to its page. There you can see the repair status, the work done, parts and the amount to pay. When the bike is ready, you get a second text with the amount, our address and opening hours. We send texts to Polish mobile numbers.

Remove personal items from the bike, such as bags and panniers. For an e-bike, tell us the brand, model and what the fault is. We do not need your PESEL number or a copy of your ID.

Yes, both regular and electric bikes: brakes, wheels and tyres, drivetrain, gears, suspension and headsets. For motor, battery or electronics issues, first tell us the brand and model, and we will confirm whether we can repair it.

Yes. We fit electric kits to bikes: the motor, a battery on the frame or rack, sensors and wiring. Tell us what bike you have, and we will choose a kit, check whether it can be fitted and give you the price.

New parts: original or replacement ones. We fit used parts only with your consent.
