E-bike rental questions
7 days: PLN 220, 14 days: PLN 440, 30 days: PLN 800. New clients pay PLN 180 instead of PLN 220 for their first week. The shortest rental is 7 days. Longer periods are agreed individually.
The refundable deposit is PLN 200. When you return the bike, we check it, and if everything is fine, we give the deposit back right away. We only deduct justified costs, such as repairing damage. If something needs to be settled, the refund takes no longer than 14 working days.
On site, when you pick up the bike: in cash, by BLIK or by bank transfer. You do not pay anything on the website.
The day before your rental ends, we send a text message with a link where you choose a new date. You can also call us: +48 451 610 483. We confirm the extension if the bike is available.
You must be at least 18 and have a valid photo ID, such as an ID card or passport. On site, you sign the agreement and pay for the rental and the deposit.
At ul. Kościuszki 147 in Wrocław: Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00, Sat 11:00–16:00, closed on Sundays. You return the bike to the same place.
No. It is an availability inquiry. We will call you back to confirm the bike and pickup time. The rental agreement is signed only on site.
Earlier, yes, but the fee for the period already started is not refunded. Being up to 2 hours late during opening hours costs nothing extra. After that, we charge a fee for each started day, so if you cannot make it on time, call us in advance.
An e-bike ready to ride, a battery, a charger and an ABUS lock. A helmet and third-party liability insurance are not included. You can add a second battery for PLN 80 per week, subject to availability.
A 30 Ah battery: up to about 100 km in good conditions. A 20 Ah battery: about 40 km. Range depends on the assistance level, load, route and weather.
Call or message us 24/7: +48 451 610 483, we answer at any time. If the breakdown is not your fault, we will repair the bike or give you a replacement, usually within 12 hours in Wrocław. We fix the first puncture free of charge, each subsequent one costs PLN 50.
